If you haven't seen this then its a somewhat essential piece of canon continuity to know:

Okay. Just like to say that whatever anyone else thinks, in the universe I'm running, this did happen.

A series/campaign of The Other Doctor would be wonderful for the following plot features:
- Human Doctor, grows old, human needs/desires. Comedic elements as Doc discovers what its like to be human.
- Rose Tyler & Doctor. Relationship subplots.
- No regeneration = mortal danger becomes a real threat.
- Pete's World and a whole new universe to explore. Total plot freedom from previous canon continuity. Literally journeying into the unknown.
-Pete’s World Torchwood.
-Totally new threats and/or alternate versions of old enemies/friends.

In "my" version of the Whoniverse, "Pete's World" is also home to Doctor Who - the Peter Cushing character from the two Dalek films of the late 60s. He certainly isn't a Time Lord or capable of regeneration and is probably already dead by the time Rose and her Doctor show up. But perhaps his children still have the Tardis he built... I've long dreamed of running a campaign with this background

In my campaign I have Peter Cushing's Doctor and Susan meeting Captain Lethbridge Stuart in the sixties in a parallel Earth
