Nice find!
One question though Never mind, every number is an adventure not an episode.

Its very very well done. Virtually flawless. The only REAL beef I have with it is that you are going to list Christina, Adelaide, Jackson, and Craig as Companions then you should also list the One-Shots from the classic series - which would include Sgt. Benton, and the Time Lord, Spandrall.
There also seems to be some sort of bunch-up of typos around story 135 and 136 with a bunch of companions listed there who should be with story 129.
Story 143 is MUCH more commonly known as "Trial of a Time Lord".
It bugs me a bit that there's no mention that each of the classic stories range from 108-162 minutes (sometimes even 270!) while each New Who stories range from 45-90 minutes. The fact that hey even go to the trouble of listing each episode title for the new series, but don't do that for seasons 1-3 for Classic Who (where every episode had its own title). This can cause misconceptions about how many hours of programming were produced in those early seasons.
I suppose I could quibble that the Dalek picture at the top is from one of the two non-canonical Dalek big screen movies with Peter Cushing as the Doctor.
Still, as info graphics go, [and given all the info it has to tabulate] its very well done.

I would have liked to see the movies in there as well, if they're including the Eight Doctor. Why not also have Peter Cushing?
