Tomorrow the last series of the Sarah Jane Adventures will start on CBBC 5.15 pm! I am really looking forward to it. This series will consist of only three stories because of the death of Elisabeth Sladen.
I haven't seen any posts mentioning the new series.

You beat me to this. I'm sad that this is the final season.

The last episode of the Sarah Jane Adventures ever was aired yesterday. "The Man Who Never Was" was funny, exciting and a fitting end to the series. Small spoilers!!!The dialogue about the illegal alien market makes me want to play a campaign about a Torchwood/UNIT joint operation. Infiltrating and then bringing down the criminals. We can only wonder what the rest of the episodes would have been like! And the story goes on forever!

Three great little stories, with indeed plenty of ideas and hooks to take away, as well as their being charming, warm and a reminder that the story does indeed go on forever.

i wonder if there will be a Sarah Jane tribute in the next season of Doctor Who.

I don't doubt it - as she's been on the show already and they did a tribute to Nicholas who had, unfortunately, not.

So far it's looking as though the oldest surviving Who actor who has met the most Doctor's is going to be David Troughton - although that's mostly because of his audio work.
