I know it's supposed to be a woman, but when I first saw that image I thought the 'ghost' bore some passing resemblence to the 8th Doctor. So, what do you think, the Rift acting up again? Some sort of time crash so close to the Rift left the Doctor or some other poor soul trapped between realities perhaps?  |

Sadly, this is already debunked... There is another Google Earth streetview from another angle that shows a woman dressed like this standing at the curbside. Now, rather than the question 'Is it a ghost?' it becomes "Why is there a woman wearing Victorian Era clothing wandering around the Millennium Center?"  |
