 Titanic memorial cruise sets sail

A cruise marking the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic will leave Southampton later, travelling to the site where the liner sank.

Tempting fate? I mean, what in the Whoniverse could possibly go wrong with this? ???

Tempting fate indeed. Maybe there is another "alien" reason they try to emulate the Titanic so exactly?

Confront them with annihilation, and they will then survive; plunge them into a deadly situation, and they will then live. When people fall into danger, they are then able to strive for victory.

Not celebrating - commemorating!

A large number of the passengers are descendants/relatives of those involved in the tragedy and they are going to spot where Titanic sunk to leave wreaths etc. I certainly don't think this will be a joyous occasion.
