I had the same problem last night until I refreshed the page. For some reason, my browser just kept loading the previous version of the page until I did that.

The page seems to be back on-line (at least right now). We think there may have been server maintenance going on which took it off line for a while.
Let us know if you still cannot get to the file!

Wow, great fanzine. Love the various modules and tm tips. Any of the Earthbound Timelords going to Gen Con this year?

No Offense but it is NOT UP.. as of 3:41pm EST It was up when I posted my message, but sometimes one has to press the refresh button before the latest issue appears on screen (for whatever IT-related reason).

The Diary of Doctor Who Role-Playing Games came in 3rd place for "Best Current Era Fanzine" on the Gallifrey Base poll. Not bad for a fanzine with a specific interest in mind. Thanks to those from this forum that supported the 'zine in the vote.

The newest (11th Doctor Edition) of DWAiTS has arrived on our doorstep, so the next issue of the DDWRPG fanzine will review the set, as well as feature an in-depth look at the old FASA Doctor Who RPG.
New contributors and more should make for an excellent new issue, though it will be a bit longer before it is finished.

We know its been a while since our latest issue was released. We're trying to do a very extensive issue on the original FASA Doctor Who RPG which will include interviews with numerous writers and creators. we're also hoping to feature a review of the new 11th Doctor DWAiTS box set as well as Cubicle 7 news from GenCon.
Hopefully the new issue will be done soon!

I'm still reading back issues until I catch up to the latest. Excellent work everyone.
I just ran my very first game "Sparkles in the Sky" from issue #1. I'm still a bit awkward as a GM but everyone had a really fun time and the adventure was perfect for a first time play.
Again, keep up the great work. I'm loving every issue.

We are still hard at work on the next issue (#19) of DDWRPG. Because of the wait, we are doing a double issue when it is released. Lots of great articles and contributions (many from members of this forum).
Sorry for the wait!

Issue #19 is fianlly here. A real detailed look at all elements of the FASA Doctor Who RPG, plus a review of the new 11th Doctor Edition of DWAiTS and other Cubicle 7 news. A lot of work went into this and we hope you enjoy it!
We welcome submissions for our upcoming issues too!

For those of you who can join us, some of the staff from the DDWRPG fanzine will be doing a panel called "The Long Game" on Doctor Who Role-Playing Games at the Chicago TARDIS Convention on Friday, 23 Nov 12 @ 2pm in Programming Room 3. Afterwards we will be demoing games such as the C7 DWAiTS RPG and the old FASA game as well.
We hope to see you there. Stop by and say "Hi".

Those who wish to contribute to the Diary of Doctor Who Role-playing Games (DDWRPG) fanzine are welcome to do so. The fanzine accepts submissions of all kinds (adventure modules, character write ups, rules variations, reviews, and more). If interested in submitting, contact us at seidler [at] msoe.edu.
Our staff is currently working on issue #20, which should be another issue full of great content submitted by members of this board and others!

This does not happen often, but our fanzine will feature some amazing material related to Doctor Who Role-Playing games next issue. Suffice it to say, that in RPG terms we have had our "MISSING DOCTOR WHO DISCOVERED" moment - akin to finding a missing episode of the series if we had been looking for videos. An appropriate 50th anniversary discovery to be sure.
We know that it has taken a while for our current issue to be finished, but I truly believe it will be worth the wait.
We continue to work hard on our next issue, and hopefully we can get more great content out to you soon!
Cheers, -Zepo

that's a pretty good fanzine. Interesting that there is that much interest in the old FASA RPG. I have a copy of the box set from back in the day but never played it. I like how the fanzine editors are covering all three RPGs.

I can only guess that it's something like the discovery of unpublished FASA material...

Hobbitfan, DDWRPG is very happy to support all three of the Doctor Who RPGs. While we love DWAiTS (our current preference), we realize that there are many players that still play and support the FASA game and Time Lord. By supporting all the systems, it lets us present a historical overview of all the games, as well as content that can be used by everyone! A win-win-win situation. Thanks for the kind words!
