Spoilers about the villains

And I have to say I'm not keen on that combo. It's a bit... samey.

I'm disappointed by the choice.

I expect they were chosen because of that very sameness... maybe some half-baked attempt will be made to link both their 'origin' stories ;)

Not that that will stop me from buying this series though!

I like the Star Trek villains, but I also like the Doctor Who villains. Which is better? There's only one way to find out: FIGHT! ;D

Confront them with annihilation, and they will then survive; plunge them into a deadly situation, and they will then live. When people fall into danger, they are then able to strive for victory.

With any luck, that's exactly what they've got planned.

No, but I must say I wasn't aware it was on sale already. Not really interested in comics.

My copy only arrived yesterday and it'll be a couple of days before I have a chance to read it. The art looks like like one of those love-it or hate-it styles, and I've read quite a few complaints about it elsewhere. Looks good to me though, from a quick flick through the pages.

Finished part 3, enjoying the storyline so far. Especially the flashback, that was interesting indeed. Knowing that none of my players will have read this, definitely planning to run a very similar scenario, possibly with the Doctor rescuing some die-hards who stayed with their ship at Wolf-359...
